As soon as you find out you’re expecting! That may sound extreme, but because I only take a very small number of clients each month, I’ll often be fully booked 4-6 months in advance. When you reach out to me early, I’ll add you to my waitlist and you’ll get priority access to book once you reach the second trimester.

Around 28 weeks is best. We can definitely chat about your situation and what may be the best time for you, though! First baby? Fourth baby? Expecting twins or triplets? These can all affect the perfect timing for your maternity session. For your safety, I do not schedule maternity sessions after your 33rd week of pregnancy.

Days 7-14 are ideal. This is when you’ve had time to heal from birth, and your milk has come in so your baby can eat more and sleep longer stretches. At this age, the baby is also more flexible for those adorable posed images and still has his/her newborn peach fuzz, which is oh so cute!

Absolutely! I love capturing the entire family together, especially siblings with mama’s baby bump.

It never hurts to ask! I book clients based on the mama's due date and will oftentimes book several months in advance. Sometimes I will have last-minute openings, but I always suggest securing your session several months before your estimated due date.

I will capture your baby at every major milestone, documenting all those adorable changes as your baby grows.
