Karly (Miss Arizona Teen USA) and Rachel (Miss Utah Teen USA) are in rehearsals and preparing to compete in the 2017 Miss Teen USA pageant as we speak! For the first time, the national pageant is being held right here in Phoenix. The preliminary competition, featuring all 51 teens, will take place on July 28, followed by the final competition and crowning of the new Miss Teen USA on July 29!
