Here’s a list of my favorite programs and platforms I use to make sure all of the parts of my business run smoothly and seamlessly. *Some of these links are affiliate links, which means that I may make a small commission from your click and/or purchase. I would only share and promote the products that I absolutely love and use personally because they work! 17hats From sending client contracts, invoices, and questionnaires to tax and expense reports, 17hats has been by my side from the very beginning. 17hats even offers online scheduling, which syncs directly to my calendar, projects, and client workflows. It’s truly my saving grace for staying organized and efficient! Use this link to save 50% or more on your annual membership! Pixieset I’m able to send stunning, Pinterest-like galleries to my clients via Pixieset. They can download, share, and order prints, wall art, and greeting cards directly from their galleries. And bonus: it’s so easy for my clients to use! To receive an additional 250MB of storage on top of your free 3GB, click here. Showit + The Palm Shop I use Showit to power my website. It’s a drag-and-drop program, so no coding is required and I’m able to do all of my website updates myself quickly and easily! I’m a huge fan of The Palm Shop by Davey & Krista for beautiful website templates. Krista can even work with you directly to help you design the website of your dreams! Amy & Jordan Online Education I am a graduate of all three of Amy & Jordan’s online courses: Shooting and Editing, Posing, and Business. These courses have been integral to my success in business, client experience, and the quality of my work. Save $50 on your first A&J course! Whether you choose the Shooting and Editing Course or the Posing Course first, you can’t go wrong! P.S. If you take the Posing Course, you may see a super cute family session featuring yours truly 😉 Flodesk Flodesk is the newest tool to my business arsenal and I’m absolutely obsessed. It’s an email marketing platform that sends the most beautiful, custom messages to my email community, which totally goes with my soft & feminine style that my audience is known to love as well. Sign up now and receive 50% off Flodesk for life after your free 30 day trial! AfterShoot AfterShoot AI helps me cull my images so quickly so I can spend less time deciding which images to keep, and deliver images to my clients as fast as possible. AfterShoot uses an AI software to cull my images for me while I work on other tasks! It groups like images together and selects the best ones for me to keep. Adobe Lightroom Lightroom is the only program I use for editing my images. I have access to Photoshop and InDesign for other projects and marketing materials, so I use Adobe Creative Cloud for these platforms. Planoly For planning my IG grid, I use Planoly. It’s a fabulous tool (and free)! |
Whether you’re just starting your photography business, or have been in business for a while and are looking to change things up, I hope this list of business tools was helpful to you!
