If you’re anything like me, then you love a good deal on something…especially if it’s something you can actually use!
Here are five totally free tools that I use every day to help run my photography business.
Pixieset
Full disclosure, I do pay for this service so I have more storage space, but you can use this gallery delivery platform for your clients for free! Clients can download, favorite, print, and share their session images right from their Pixieset galleries so easily! You’ll have a limited amount of storage, but use this link and receive an extra 250MG of space on top of your free 3GB!
Zoho Mail
I’ve been using this free email service for years and have never needed a paid platform. Storage space is limited, but I haven’t had a need for more storage for my small-scale business. I can set up signatures, templates, and more all within Zoho mail.
Planoly
Planoly is an Instagram planning tool that I’ve been using for a few years. It helps me to plan my posts and I can see how they look on the grid before posting. I can even write my captions within Planoly, save hashtag groups, schedule my posts, and set them to auto-post! Depending on what you need, they do offer affordable paid plans with more capabilities, but I’ve only ever used the free plan.
Canva
Canva makes me feel like the graphic designer I never was! It’s a desktop platform and mobile app to help you make gorgeous graphics, Pinterest pins, flyers, ads, and so much more. It’s so much easier and faster than Photoshop, plus it’s free!!
Todoist
Todoist is the newest productivity tool to help me with business and personal tasks and I’m obsessed with it! You’ll have one account which will link between all platforms: computer, smartphone, tablet, and even Apple Watch. I love this tool because it helps to organize my recurring tasks and saves time from having to write them out every week/month/etc. I can customize when items need to repeat. It gives me a checklist of what I need to do each day and when I complete each task it automatically resets to the next day/week/month. Amazing!
