Lilia is Brenna Heater Photography + Education’s June 2022 star student! She is a motherhood photographer, and finds so much joy in photographing newborns and families. Lilia has her own in-home studio that her clients are able to use if they prefer, and most of her newborn, sitter, and 1-year sessions take place there! She works with two magazines Ocotillo Living and Foothills Living. She is also the photographer for a parenting resource community East Valley Moms. Lilia is full of talent and stays busy with all she is involved with!
Fun fact: Lilia even hired me to photograph her maternity and newborn sessions for her first child, Mateus!
ABOUT LILIA
Lilia is a mother of two beautiful children, a pharmacist, a business owner of a business in Brazil, and a photographer. She was born and raised in a small town in Brazil and left her career as a pharmacist in 2014 to start a new life in the USA with her then-fiancé. Lilia first moved to Chicago, where she married her husband, and not too long after relocated to Chandler, AZ, where she is currently living!
Lilia loves wine, dark chocolate, and strong black coffee. She has a strong love for traveling around the world with her family, and trying new restaurants! Definitely an adventurer and full of life if I do say so myself!
LILIA’S BHP EXPERIENCE
Lilia is a part of the Mini Session Course, Lifestyle + Posed Newborn Course, and the Membership for Motherhood Photographers. Lilia says the mini session course encouraged her to plan her own mini-sessions. She felt that she had no idea where to start and found confidence in booking her own mini sessions within her photography business. She decided to offer her fall minis last minute and ended up booking all the available slots. This is no surprise to me though as her work is STUNNING!
Lilia is also a member of the Membership for Motherhood Photographers and has loved being a part of the community. But we love having her even more ;)! She found that the masterclass on automating her workflows helped her the most, and, it made it so easy to implement her own!
Lilia’s favorite part about the BHP community is the variety of content she is able to learn. She says her questions are always answered and that the members are so friendly and encouraging to each other. This is truly so important when looking for your photography community. You definitely want others that are wanting to cheer you on as you grow!
