This saves me the back-and-forth of email and DMs via Instagram. Plus, with allowing my clients to pay their retainer upfront, I also eliminate the amount of “no-shows” or last minute cancellations.
And, just to add icing on the cake… 17hats Calendar atomically syncs to my Google Calendar! I’m able to see in real-time as sessions are booked even when I’m not logged into to my 17hats account and I never, ever miss or double-book a session.

Client Portals allow for a secure place for your clients to access documents and invoices for their upcoming session with me. One thing I love about the portals is it allows my clients to be able to see all the details for their sessions. This helps eliminate emails in my inbox. Client portals can also be password protected.
I can even send contracts directly from their Client Portal eliminating another third-party tool. Clients simply sign the contract and I’m able to countersign. Bada bing, bada boom!
